<br />Yesterday the Christchurch City Council released its draft plan for recovery. you can take a look at a pdf of the full plan <a href="http://www.stuff.co.nz/the-press/news/christchurch-earthquake-2011/5434664/Draft-Central-City-Plan">here</a>. It may be useful for some of you to situate your project in relation to this. For others your project might act as a critique of the plan.
